It is refreshing to speak to an owner of a local company who is honest, genuinely cares, and goes above and beyond to do the right thing.I called Shell for what I thought was a carpenter ant problem (after calling 2 other places that just tried to sell me annual packages). The tech Paul, found the ants but advised the issue was more then ants, they were a symptom.. my problem was moisture in the walls. This is something Shell doesn’t work on.
