“Recently moved here and took my 17yo yorkie for grooming and was so pleased! Excellent service. Shop was so clean and well organized. Loved that my dog wasn’t stressed out being put in a kennel but was out with other dogs! All the pups were happy and looked so nicely groomed. They have small fenced areas for dog who need containing.
All in all was a great experience my dog seemed fine and not stressed as she has been with past grooming. They sent me pics of her at grooming table and all. Will definitely be back with my pooch!

We noticed especially that Pack Mentality really focuses heavily on cleanliness and safety- vaccination verification and clean play spaces. In the few months Mac has gone to Pack, we’ve watched staff greet him by name and get down on his level when saying goodbye. We also noticed how much Mac’s confidence has grown since he has started. Pack Mentality is everything we hoped for in a doggy daycare. They’ve created a safe environment where our tripod dog thrives. Mac runs to the door on daycare days and comes home happy, and especially, TIRED. We couldn’t ask for more from and we recommend them wholeheartedly to anyone looking for a daycare that treats your dog like family.“

“Really enjoy dropping our dog off at this daycare/boarding facility. They pay close attention to all the dogs and what’s great is they not only separate them by size, but also by temperament. Plus, they share regular updates on their social pages, in addition to write ups on their customer portal when boarding for an extended stay. Our dog always comes home from exhausted because she plays so much. I love that we don’t have to worry about her when she’s at the Barker Lounge.“

She’s compassionate, detail-oriented, and truly understands how to handle my fur babies, especially when they’re anxious. “This review is long overdue. I have been using 4 the Paws for years now. Michelle and Chelsea are phenomenal with my pups. Michelle is always available for appointments and calls me back right away when I leave a voicemail. Michelle is always so accommodating and listens to my feedback to ensure that I’m satisfied with my dogs’ service. I have two feisty little dachshund mixes who can be anxious and fearful, but Michelle handles them with care. My dogs loved her and Chelsea right from the beginning. I feel relieved knowing my pups feel comfortable and safe at 4 the Paws. Michelle and Chelsea are super professional, FAST, and personable. I thought I was hopeless with my shedding husky, its hair everywhere all the time who knew they can do shedding treatments and have a shedding treatment membership?? “I saw Dr. Messina today because my Chiweenie was acting like she had Lyme Disease again. Dr. Messina is awesome, and as a physician I know that she did a very thorough examination, paying particular attention to whether my dog had a heart murmur. Dr. Messina's tech, Bill, is a truly wonderful vet tech. My dog is bitey and crazy, but they treated her in a truly fear-free way, I can't give a stronger recommendation for Dr. Messina and her tech, Bill. I love you guys. Michelle is also a doll.“
