“This place is by far the best (and only) place I will go to for my glasses. I’d just like to start off by saying that I suffer from OCD, which unfortunately translates to both the symmetry and feel of my glasses. ALL of these women have been beyond supportive, accepting, and welcoming to my MANY trips for adjustments to my glasses. I never feel uncomfortable or ashamed walking in there for the billionth time asking for some kind of adjustment. The opticians, Karen and Ingrid, are excellent at their craft. Ingrid has a great personality and Karen is the kindest person I ever met. Both will really listen to you and take their time, making sure you are happy before you walk out of there. As far as the lenses go, I wear progressives and the lenses here are excellent. They have a wide field of view, great clarity, and are very easy to adjust to. Mike is a true skilled artisan . He felt I should have an opportunity to try my prescription from the ophthalmologist before doing it permanently . I have several vision issues ! He made me a lens to try first , &’then adjusted the prescription based on my feedback ! He is super knowledgeable and explained everything very well !
