What I like the most is you practice in real time not in theory , when you throw a kick or punch you will see what adjustments you have to make in order to delivery that . Coach Cruz is very knowledgeable and a student still of the history. Of martial arts it’s evident by one of his students who happens to be Alex Periera the current UFC champ .
