I was a student decades ago. For fitness, respect, growth, self-defense and humility, MDK is exemplary. I am of the opinion that all children should be given the opportunity to become a practitioner.
This is a fantastic school. They care about instilling values of respect and community which has had a tremendous impact on my 2 toddlers. They have so much fun going to class and as an added bonus are learning to be better listeners! Couldn’t recommend this school enough Erik and Robert are incredible teachers and have endless patience and energy to deal with all of the younger kids.
I have 2 children (5 and 3) doing karate with Erik and Robert and my children love going there. I have also seen them improve their discipline and pay more attention to tasks since the philosophy they teach is an amazing part of the karate teaching.
