I broke my thermostat by accident and thus the heat stopped working on that floor. I called Jeff and he showed up on time and installed a new (and better) thermostat. I highly recommend them!Service: Install thermostat

My furnace was on the fritz, so I called Basic. Jeff answered (no voicemail!) and arrived at my home within 15 minutes. He told me that he wasn't sure of the problem yet -- didn't want to charge me for parts/repairs I didn't need, so did some diagnostics and called to re-evaluate hours later. Based on the tests, he determined what I needed, bought the part, and showed up the next day promptly as promised to install it. He encouraged me to reach out if I had any other issues. This is the way service should be. Jeff is pleasant, honest, thorough, responsive, and reasonably priced. And I have heat! I would recommend Basic Refrigeration in a heartbeat.

Jeff is amazing. He came out within the hour and fixed my AC issue. He won't try to fix anything other that what's absolutely necessary, and gave me advice on how to avoid future issues. Don't hesitate to contact Basic Air, you'll be glad you did!
