A long time friend of Gus since highschool. I called him late last night and he showed up early this morning. He did some testing with the electrical, Found some corroded/ broken wires and capacitors and within a half hour had a/c back up and running. Super professional and very detailed explaining things to me. Super reasonable on with pricing also. Thanks again Gus, I appreciate it!!
Gus (the son) was incredibly helpful. He came out the day of our AC was making noises. Once he changed the motor, he also put a new capacitor in the unit even though there was a new one added the previous year. When asked about it, he said, “I like to cover all bases.” Gus was both punctual and professional. I would highly recommend.
Wow! Total professionalism at its best! Gus and his team are simply amazing! They came out timely to check my central AC when it wasn’t working properly. Sadly we learned that the unit was not repairable so I had to make some tough decisions on purchasing a new unit. Since my heater was the same age, I chose to replace them both. G&G provided me with a variety of options, and took the time to help me understand the pros and cons of each.
