After I called, was around 9pm, they sent a technician within perhaps 20 to 30 minutes. His name is Tom, I think. Very knowlegable person. 2 - - They replaced my 38-year-old boiler in less than a day, mid-winter. Pete and Doug were absolutely fantastic—professional, efficient, and super friendly. Not only did they get the new boiler up and running perfectly, but they also fixed my basement steps while they were at it, which was totally unexpected and very appreciated.

They even hauled away the old boiler without any issues, and everything was left spotless when they were done. The level of service they provided was truly above and beyond.“

“Need to tell you all about this company. (Note I don't write many reviews.. but need to share this.)My project was a Sandy Storm recovery. Todd (the owner) quoted insulation and "Air Sealing" for my home as part of the NJ energy savings program. When the numbers were crunched I ended up paying almost twice the the other insulation estimates I got BUT for an infinitely higher quality product (better insulation in the walls, sprayed cellulose and venting in the attic, foam sealing of all cracks) that will return energy savings benefits for years after the rebate was applied. Based on my calculations I will get a return for the additional cost in the first two or three years (and every other year will be additional savings!!)Their expertise is not just in Insulation and Energy Savings but in all things HVAC and general renovation. My previous GC turned out to be a shyster in my opinion and Todd made himself available to help with multiple critical tasks delivering high quality in a timely and fair and friendly fashion.I recommend this company highly without hesitation and am available as contactable reference if anyone has questions.“

“Perfect Climate was the Perfect match for us. Our oil furnace broke after being in our home since it was built, in 1949. It had a good run. We bought the house in 1998 and hated that it heated with oil but as new homeowners, we couldn't afford to convert. In Oct, our furnace was burning at 650°. We decided to convert to gas and called multiple companies until our neighbors told us about Perfect Climate. They had converted 3 homes on our street and they were so happy with them, so we called them and they came out, gave us a very fair price and it was installed within the month (once natural gas line and meter was installed).
The owner, Joe, is awesome as is Chaz! The installers were just as knowledgeable and kind.

On another note, I’ve been waiting one year to have my refrigerator returned and replaced and they keep putting me off telling me they no longer have a contract with Costco and so on and on it goes where you wait on the line all day long to get nowhere. So my technician was wonderful but Sears is horrible. What a shame I’ve been contracted with them for 40 years!“
