The office manager was so courteous and understanding while I explained the issue on the phone. I had already been very upset and worried, because other places just rushed me off the phone and were not sensitive to my situation. The other staff member was also very patient and understanding, and I did not feel "rushed," or as if I was inconveniencing them in any way. “The store manager Robert truly helped me. My situation required extra help. I had gone to a different eye glass shop and was told that what I needed was like finding a needle in a haystack. I left there with little hope and no glasses. I went this evening and Robert was able to find that needle in the haystack for me and left the store with glasses and problem solved. That's 5 stars and above! Even though I had got there close to closing and he was helping others, he calmly and efficiently helped us all.
