After meeting with 4 other companies we found Paradise Pool, within 5 minutes of meeting Rich we knew the search was over. Paradise Pool has been the best contractor we have ever hired. Rich is extremely easy to work with from the initial meeting, through installation, and after - when us new pool owners have a million questions. The quality of work is second to none, Rich was at our house the entire time making sure everything was done correctly and no corners were cut.
One thing that stood out to us when we first met Rich was how much he cared about providing the best service possible. When we started to look at designs Rich would show us similar completed pools, then immediately name the person who he installed it for and where it was located. Then he would get the person on the phone and ask them if there was a time that we could come to see the pool in person. EVERY single person that he called answered and raved about their experience with Rich. Once we hired Rich, we understood why they raved about him; just a great guy that is passionate about what he does.
I can’t be happier with our pool! It’s more than I expected. USAPools were professional and paid attention to every detail. We’re looking forward to the rest of our summer and the summers ahead with our new pool.
I reached out to Michele for a private yoga class for my friend's bachelorette/birthday party on Valentine's Day. She was amazing to work with and to it was easy to get the class booked! The class was absolutely incredible. It included essential oils, stretching, relaxing music, a poem, and meditation. We even got chocolates at the end! The bride raved about the incredible experience and it set the tone for a great day for the bachelorette group. I can't say enough good things!!
Chuck and Jeannie were wonderful to work with!!! They were perfect to capture our engagement pictures down the shore. Jeannie is so friendly and was extremely responsive. Chuck was our photographer day of and he was also well prepared, helped us with poses, and all around a great photographer!! The photoshoot and purchasing additional photos after were a reasonable price as well. We will defiantly use them in the future to capture more life events!! Thank you guys for making our engagement shoot vision come to life!!
We had a RAT in the house. Unbelievable! (apparently they're a thing in Avalon these days :/) I called in a panic. Kenny was there in under an hour. Incredibly professional. He got rid of it and then made a plan with us to make sure it doesn't happen again. I'll be recommending them to anyone that I can!

Great company to work with. They are very involved with their customers and often accompany them at selection meetings in choosing flooring and tile. Additionally great to work on the Bowman Walker job sites always have the job ready and prepared for us to go in and get flooring down or tile up.
Smart Solutions is excellent. They never need to go inside my home yet. They are here four times a year and keep insects and rodents away. They are superb that I am thankful for their vigilance and continued service in protecting my home. Thank you!
