After meeting with 4 other companies we found Paradise Pool, within 5 minutes of meeting Rich we knew the search was over. Paradise Pool has been the best contractor we have ever hired. Rich is extremely easy to work with from the initial meeting, through installation, and after - when us new pool owners have a million questions. The quality of work is second to none, Rich was at our house the entire time making sure everything was done correctly and no corners were cut.

Rich DeMarco installed our salt water, vinyl lined pool with a sun shelf. His attention to detail was incredible and so was the communication throughout the process. The amazing customer service does not stop when the job is done. . . It’s been 10 years since Rich installed our pool and whenever I call him he is more than happy to provide assistance, advice, etc ! If you’re considering a pool and live anywhere near Avalon, Rich DeMarco from Paradise Pools (Avalon) is the best!
I had my pool installed by Rich DeMarco, at Paradise Pool and Spa. Rich is extremely conscientious, shows up when he says he is going to and does what he says he is going to do! Even 5+ years later, Rich will answer his phone and help me with any questions I might have. This is extremely unusual in Cape May County and I am so glad to have found him!
