My teenage daughter is high functioning Autistic and has a real emotional attachment to her hair. She has thick curls/coils and mixed textures. Maddie was very patient with her and took the time to ask her plenty of questions about what she wanted and explain what she was doing step by step throughout the entire process. She made my daughter feel comfortable and heard and you can't put a price on that. I highly recommend Maddie and this salon. We will be returning.
I am writing this to share my experience at this location in the Audobon Great Clips over the past two days.
On June 1st, I brought my son in and had a very disappointing experience. I asked for the same haircut I had gotten myself for him and didn't get it. She did ok on the buzz cut but the actual haircut and style of the long parts looked uneven, choppy and looked like a bowl cut and was extremely unflattering , unfortunately we only noticed when it was at home. I had my hair cut by Reyna. She always does such an amazing job. Listens to exactly what I am wanting and delivers it with complete preciseness. I refer everyone I know to her and will only use her when I go. The need to ensure all of their stylists are as friendly and as knowledgeable as Reyna. Thank you.
