Check-in was smooth and quick, which I appreciated. Checkout, however, felt a bit rushed. I didn’t really have a chance to speak before being guided straight to the card reader and asked about the tip. I also had a coupon, which I had to mention after the payment explanation. The interaction felt a little monotone and transactional. I would have preferred a bit more warmth or light conversation before checkout to round out the experience.

“I had the absolute best experience with Lindsey (Haus of Lindsey) at IT Aesthetix in Red Bank. The location is so convenient, right next to the Parkway, so getting there was incredibly easy. It felt like my best friend was doing my Brazilian lol Of course nervous. I got a Brazilian, my nose and lip. The wax they use is off the charts smooth. Not sticky. Morgan did a wonderful job. The staff here are amazing, they are all sweet people, I loved talking with everybody, especially with Maribel as she was doing my hair. Talking with Maribel feels like I’m talking with a therapist lol, she’s a great listener and gives amazing advice if you need them about almost anything really. Maribel told me to get a curly cut for my hair and to cut it so my hair falls front instead of my hair splitting in the middle, she also told me that she would style it for me.
