Kenia accepted me as a walk-in blowout on a Saturday night. Although she was alone working with her assistant, she was able to attend to up to 5 customers in a timely manner and with great quality. Kenia is an outstanding hair dresser. One thing that is keeping me as a customer is how welcoming she is. She made me feel appreciated and that I was in good hands.
My blowout came out beautifully and she was able to give me knowledge on hair care based on my texture. Kenia is extremely knowledgeable about hair and can answer any questions you have.

“I had a great eyebrow wax experience overall. Ava was amazing—so gentle and precise that I almost fell asleep during my service. She really made me feel comfortable, and my brows came out perfect.

Check-in was smooth and quick, which I appreciated. Checkout, however, felt a bit rushed. I didn’t really have a chance to speak before being guided straight to the card reader and asked about the tip. I also had a coupon, which I had to mention after the payment explanation. The interaction felt a little monotone and transactional. I would have preferred a bit more warmth or light conversation before checkout to round out the experience.
