She is so warm and welcoming. She asked me about how I normally take care of my hair and what I do. She made suggestions based on what I told her and gave me options of what we could do.
No part of our interaction/appointment was awkward. Talking to her felt very natural and as if I was catching up with a friend. She is so knowledgeable too when it comes to what products I should use for my hair, especially because I am very low maintenance when it comes to my hair. She gave me some samples to work with and I can’t wait to try them.
I felt so refreshed after my appointment and I was so happy with the end result! It looked AMAZING! She is amazing at what she does.
