I had a great experience at European Wax Center today! I will say I was a little frustrated at first because my appointment started later than scheduled, but I completely understood once I found out they were backed up for the day and someone had called out.
& What really stood out to me was the customer service. Alexandra at the front desk was an absolute sweetheart !!!!
She was so kind, genuinely apologetic about the wait, and even gave me some samples to take home, which she absolutely didn’t have to do!
I truly appreciated how professionally and kindly everything was handled!! Thank you sooo much Alexandra !!!
