“I have been a regular at Windham Pilates for over 10 years. I’ve had some back issues and find that the Pilates and TRX workouts keep me in shape for all my outdoor activities. Susan is phenomenal at keeping everyone on track in terms of offering the latest equipment and techniques, keeping us all motivated, and accommodating busy schedules. Thank you, Susan, and Windham Pilates!”
