I just bought a home last summer, and never got a septic inspection during the buying process. Recently I had an issue where my toilet wouldn't drain, and when I called Brian he knew exactly what the issue was. Jeremy and Brian showed up the day after I called (I called at like 7pm), helped me locate where my tank was, repaired a pipe that had burst under my home, and then pumped my tank.
Prompt and professional is so hard to come by now. The price was extremely fair too, as they were working at my home for a few hours.
Stones Septic is fantastic! I can’t thank them enough for their help! Jeremy and Brian thought they were fixing one issue and ended having to rewire my pump box. They were knowledgeable, kind, and despite their busy schedule helped fix the problem right there! They also saved me a ton of money had I gone elsewhere! Highly Highly recommend!
