“This review pertains to service I received today from Adam who sells cell phones and gets them up and running. Adam really knows what he is doing and he cares about his work and his customers. I came into Best Buy today expecting a poor experience based on past experience but was pleasantly surprised when Adam got me up and running on a new cell phone with new service. No one could have been more efficient and proficient that Adam. I wish Best Buy had more employees like him...he is top notch. Because of him I would consider doing business with Best Buy again in the future.“
