I had 5 viruses on my lap top all of a sudden. called Best Buys
Geek Squad. A gentlemen took over my pc in about 5 minutes and worked on it for about 30 minutes and completely wiped it clean.
Just wanted him to know and the squad that I was so happy and thrilled at his service and knowledge as to fixing it in such a

Jeremy, Finn and the team over there are awesome. The reason for only 3 stars: I scheduled an appointment at a time that the person with the credentials needed to start my order was not there, so I was unable to get service. I live about an hour away, so the next day I wanted to call to make sure someone would be there to process my order. The listed phone number routs you to Best Buy’s main call center, and the operators have no information about the individual locations, and there is no way to contact the store. I put in a request for an urgent call that the operator said she would forward to the store, but they never got the message. It was wildly frustrating. I...read full review
