Just a short note to say how much I appreciated your team of three who did a wonderful job replacing the failed Jujitsu indoor unit. Logan, Manny and Isaiah were pleasant, knowledgeable, and efficient. They worked together, each seemingly knowing what their individual responsibilities were, and without any hesitation, performed their individual tasks while successfully accomplishing the overall job as a team! I requested an estimate from Valenzi for the installation of a mini-split AC unit. From the beginning, they were not only professional and courteous, but showed up on time and presented me with a proposal for a very good price. If not for a previous relationship that caused me to go elsewhere, I would absolutely have moved forward with Valenzi. I would highly recommend calling them for any heating/cooling needs.

Valenzi was fantastic! In the middle of a heat wave, they came out same day when everyone else said they couldn't get to me for a week. An hour later the problem was solved and for a great price. Watch out Haverhill HVAC folks. Valenzi sets a high bar!
