Elie and his crew helped us fix a major leak in our basement. They weren't the cheapest quote, but their scope of work was the most detailed – not just a bandage on the foundation. So glad we chose them.
After opening the wall, we found the water actually came from the roof, causing severe damage to studs and sill plates across multiple floors. The project grew beyond budget, but Elie communicated clearly every step of the way – showing us what was urgent for safety and what could wait.
