Rymes Propane & Oil is a family-owned business providing reliable oil and propane delivery. Customers report that the company always delivers on time and on the promised day. Drivers are noted as being very pleasant and dedicated, with one pulling a hose up a snowy driveway to make a delivery and another expertly navigating steep, narrow drives in winter. The office staff is also praised for being helpful and accommodating urgent requests, such as scheduling a next-day delivery for a customer leaving on vacation. Reviews highlight dependable service in all weather, with drivers taking pride in their work. Many customers are pleased with their service over many years and highly recommend the company.
Driver couldn't make it up the driveway due to the snow we had for the past couple of days, but did not mind pulling the hose up the driveway to fill the tank since we were very low on heating fuel. Please let him know how much we appreciated that.
I depend on Rymes for oil delivery on call and not automatically. The driveway is paved up a steep incline that is not always passable in winter. The driver "Buddy" has years of experience and takes pride in his deliveries with no issues in spite of the narrow snow banks. I'm pleased with Rymes deliveries over many years.
bad news... it is January 20, 2022 and they let me run out of oil... NOT THE FIRST TIME.... and the last delivery was in mid December... Now their phone lines are tied up and no one answers...
