They put in a one compressor three head Gree system for us via a MassSave rebate 2 years ago. Phenomenal cost at about $200 after the rebate. Everything went well and was functioning well until 2 days ago, when we had an a/c problem. I texted Jim and he was here THE NEXT DAY. He added some refrigerant fluid to the system, everything is running great and he didn't charge me a penny.
If I could give a 10 star rating here it would not be enough.Jim, Tom, Billy and Cameron were very professional and easy to work with. I could not have asked for a better install. Great Company.
We have now had 2 mini-splits installed by Jim and Ductless Saves. I had 4 companies come in and quote and he was by far the most knowledgeable about the systems, and also the federal tax rebates available and the qualifications. He was completely reliable - did exactly what he said, when he said he would and helped answer some questions after the install, meaning he didn't disappear after I paid :)
AND he was significantly less expensive than the other quotes, a combination you really can't beat.
