“After living in our new home in W Ossipee a few months, we realized how much 'catch up' maintenance was needed!

The A/C system had just enough 'juice' to make it through a couple of months so we called A&E for a check up. So thankful we did! Steve diagnosed a leak and identified major maintenance issues. We eventually decided, after a couple of thoughtful and open discussions with him over a couple of weeks, to replace the system.
