“I've been going to this laundry mat for years, and only once did I have an incident with a Customer, NEVER, with an employee there, until recently.
Last week, my clothes were stuck in a washer for almost an hour after it should have finished. I mentioned this to the two employees working there, ten minutes into the incident, they blew me off,another ten, mentioned it again, an employee by the name ofselena told me there was nothing they could do,+(shut it down)
Response No.. this goes on,I said I wanted my clothes,the other employee, Julian,threaten to call the police on me.i told him to, I finally leave to help an elderly women home, and said by the time I get back I want my clothes. I got back, they had put my clothes in another washer they were soiled from the previous user.
So all in all my clothes were in a washer close to two hours.
The disrespect the threat of the police, was uncalled for, I am not the only one that has had a problem ,since these employees began working there, but something needs to be done about it. Or lose business.”

“I had a VERY unfortunate accident with my wedding gown FIVE DAYS before I was supposed to get married! You read that correctly 😭 I woke up bright and early on the next business day before work and tearily drove to 4 different dry cleaners in the area, the last being Dave’s on Canal St with my gown begging for help. The first 3 all said they wouldn’t even look at my dress because they knew it wouldn’t be ready by my Friday wedding. Then I met Rita at Dave’s, and she told me if I trusted her with my dress, she was confident she could solve the problem. To this day I would still trust Rita with my whole life, because she took such beautiful care of my gown and it came out STUNNING! I truly owe so much to Rita at Dave’s and will only be coming here and sending people here for any and all dry cleaning needs. Thank you again Rita for saving my wedding day!!!!!!!
