The next morning I got up and called Daisy Cleaners at 6:45am and the owner Jim answered the phone. I told him my daughter’s situation and he understood the urgency of getting the dress fixed before the wedding later that day. I was met by so much kindness by him and his entire staff.  He got to work and fixed the dress, making it as good as new. He saved the day! “Initially told 5 days for buttons replacement, then delayed due to mismatched buttons. The first attempt came back with green buttons on a blue shirt (odd choice).

I asked for a fix and waited another week with unfortunately no communication. Eventually, the job was done correctly and they didn't ask for money for redoing the work. A bit frustrating, but the final result was good. Updating to 4 stars.“
