There was a young lady there who was absolutely meticulous in regards to taking my order and ensuring me they would take care of it and have it to me on time. Great customer service one to one I was very happy with it. I get very excited, after being in business myself for many many years, when you see customer service like I received. Just wonderful

Unfortunately this dry cleaner doesn't require masking (even though it's a city ordinance). When I asked the nice young lady who was at the counter if she would please wear a mask, she politely replied: "I'm sorry I don't have one". Dave's Dry cleaning just lost me as a customer. UPDATE: I've revised my original review; I heard back very quickly from the owner that my experience was not typical and they do indeed require masking and supply the same for their employees. I really appreciate good and responsive customer service. I will return to Dave's as in the past I've had excellent service.
