I had a VERY unfortunate accident with my wedding gown FIVE DAYS before I was supposed to get married! You read that correctly 😭 I woke up bright and early on the next business day before work and tearily drove to 4 different dry cleaners in the area, the last being Dave’s on Canal St with my gown begging for help. Initially told 5 days for buttons replacement, then delayed due to mismatched buttons. The first attempt came back with green buttons on a blue shirt (odd choice).
I asked for a fix and waited another week with unfortunately no communication. Eventually, the job was done correctly and they didn't ask for money for redoing the work. A bit frustrating, but the final result was good. Updating to 4 stars.

This place is super wonderful! They separate men’s & women’s clothing wash & dry when clothes are return. The clothes are folded really nice, and each bagged separately as much as possible ( men’s from women’s ) I’m so glad I found this place to help w my wash & dry. So well worth it.
