I would recommend Lenzi Construction to anyone. They were the best contractors I have ever worked with. With previous contractors, they required me to do the leg work with the town of getting the permits. When getting permits, the town normally asks a lot of specific questions, questions I wouldn't be able to answer. Lenzi Construction took care of the building permit and anything the town required.

Lenzi Construction was hassle free and a joy. It only took them a few days to build the deck. The only thing I didn't care for was all the waiting. I contacted them spring 2024 and the project didn't start till late summer.“

They helped me a few years back with a kitchen sink drain when several other plumbers could not figure out how to remedy it.

“A relatively small job but in a hard-to-reach spot. We needed about 6 'shiplap' (exterior vertical) siding boards replaced on our back dormer. I'd ordered replacement boards from a local sawmill (Wilkens Lumber), and had the exterior stain, was going to do it myself, until I realized I couldn't do it all by myself. Matt Flattery came, looked at the job, said he could not only replace the 6 boards I needed done, but there would be leftover wood to also do a few more boards. He would also install a backing layer between exterior boards nad plywood, plus add a flashing along bottom to further protect from snow buildup. We had to go on a trip for a few days, and when we returned the job had been completed. Matt had emailed us a series of photos showing his work in process while we were gone. It was very well done - 10X better than I could ever have done by myself. And, a reasonable price too! Highly recommend Matt.“
