Urgent Care near Manchester

“I was in your facility on Friday for slice on my finger, from the minute I walked in I was amazed. I was greeted at the door by Ashley who assured me that she was here to help . Then I was greeted by Bailey who brought me to a room told me everything was going to be alright. A Quick Look at my body language and she realized that I was very uncomfortable. She kept me talking to keep my mind busy ; inspected my wound cleaned it then in walks Trish , all Business. Straight to the point, very thorough in what she was about to do. She put 5 stitches in my finger and everyone was exactly evenly spaced . I was amazed at how quick and accurate she was.
Needless to say I am extremely happy with the service I received and these 3 women should be recognized for the work they do! I will be doing all my medical needs in this establishment from this day forth. WOW.“

“Great staff, service, and facility. I disagree with the policy that they must keep my card on file and will automatically charge my card without my approval before I may have even seen the SOB. If I had felt better I would have left. Now I have to send a written notice to them to remove the card from my account.“

“At a recent visit to CMC Urgent Care, I was welcomed at the front desk by a kind and caring office staff person. I was seen by Jamie Dawson who took the time to explain my symptoms, my options, etc. very clearly and patiently. The only downside of the visit was the rude, impatient CNA. When someone is sick enough to go to Urgent Care, I feel like they should be treated with dignity and respect, not rudeness and impatience.

Just to be clear, this one time and this one person was the only negative that I have faced at CMC UC. All in all, it’s a good facility.“
