Response to the 1 star rating on behalf of JDS Flooring Associates LLC.We are disappointed to hear about the complaint filed against JDS Flooring Associates LLC (JDS) considering that JDS followed the same procedure with this customer as we do with all of our customers from the purchase to the customer service response. Please understand that JDS completes approximately 250-275 homes per year and have completed as many as 589 homes in a single year in our 18 year history.
