67 Knox Marsh Rd, Dover“It has taken me nearly a year to write this. I can not express into words how incredibly amazing the staff is at Broadview Animal Hospital in Dover. My dog, Dope, was my baby. They loved giving him all the attention when he would go in for his monthly allergy shots and spoil him on same day emergency visits for ear infections or skin infections. (He was high maintenance) Tragically, just before Christmas last year, my 6 year old sweet boy showed symptoms one morning that terrified me. I ran him to their office where the staff was trying to calm me down while tending to Dope. 8 days later, he was put down due to his rapid decline from a brain tumor. The day we had to let him go, the staff saved parts of their lunches to give him. He was allergic to chicken and didn't get to eat much people food. They shared their lunches with him while we all cried. He even got goodbye kisses (hershey kisses) as all good boys should have at least once earth side. If my heart ever heals, and I get another dog, I refuse to take them anywhere but Broadview Animal Hospital. Thank y'all for everything. I love you all unconditionally.“

120 Epping Rd, Exeter“I've only been once but I had to face the most difficult experience of my life there that day and the people there were incredible. I can't say it enough. Clyde, I'll always miss you - the void is just incomprehensible - but the staff there were amazing. And I'm sure Clyde would agree.
She hadn't been to this vet before but some notable changes made it clear I had to get her seen ASAP. They made an appointment for the very next day. They managed to get her paperwork from my previous vet (Best Friends in Manchester which I do like) that same day and were very productive and seemed to really care about my Mama and our situation.
I do have another cat and, although I'd previously set her up at a vet in Stratham, I plan on bringing her to Epping Road going forward.
Clyde, I'll always love you Mama!“

When discussing a product with them they told me I could get it cheaper at a different location, it was an amazing experience. Thank you“

When we left, unfortunately we saw a deceased cat in the road practically right in front of the building, so we called to tell them. We were busy driving and trying to comfort our stray kitten. They responded with " call animal control". We had to respond with, "Can you? We aren't sure where we are and we've got an upset kitten in the car. This was after 3 calls, and we knew they were there and had 0 customers there. They were just letting the automated machine answer. It was 2:10, their lunch hour ended at 2:00. Didn't think that was cool? And they are pricey. But that was just one experience, I gave them 4 stars because of benefit of the doubt.“

They helped us navigate a difficult time and some tough choices for our precious friend, and we are grateful for them. We would definitely go back.“

15 Members Way, Dover“We took my appy Spud down for ongoing foot problems. He just kept getting abscesses. He has been nerved and there has just been no real soundness. We resorted to glue on shoes because of white line that was destroying his hoof wall. They took additional films, reviewed all of his prior records and it was determined that he has pedal osteitis. A farrier put klogg shoes on and doxy was prescribed. He is comfortable, and although I know we have a long road ahead of us, I know we'll get there. He is going back down in May for another set of shoes and xrays. To think this all started with a stick going up through his coffin bone in 2018. Thank you Dr Davis and your team for making my boy feel better.“

The compassion and kindness shown by everyone there is truly unmatched — it’s clear that our girls are genuinely cared for every step of the way. Dr. Hunt, Dr. Montovani, and Dr. O’Shea have been exceptional from the very beginning, and their support means the world to us. And their incredible team? Absolutely amazing. You can feel the love and dedication they bring to their work every single day. We couldn’t ask for better hands to trust with our girls’ care. Would 100% always recommend“

Dr. Davis took the time to make sure I felt heard and treated me like a partner in caring for my cats. She gave us options for treatment for our 19 year old cat and did a nice job explaining what each meant. Our cats are family to us and The Cat Doctor of Dover treats our cats like family too.“
