New cat brought in for wellness check after leaving the shelter a week ago and to update immunizations.
Cat was fearful, but staff was quiet spoken around him and allowed him to sniff objects.
Took him an hour or less to decompress from vet visit upon returning home.
Staff was patient and explained everything.
Absolutely amazing staff, clean and calm place. Dr Clark is very sweet, patient and knowledgeable. In addition the techs are extremely friendly, caring and educated. My pup definitely has a favorite tech, Katie. Katie is the only person I’ve seen be able to relax and even get my dog to take treats from at the vet. She’s a nervous girl and making the move from a different vet to here was the best decision I ever made.
Sadly we had our 18 year old Kitty put to sleep. Dr Benjamin and staff were compassionate, respectful and considerate. We appreciated their care. We have
been customers for many years and will remain so. will always highly recommend.
