Dr. Moffat, who has treated previous pets of ours, has also been very informative and compassionate, having come to our home to euthanize them when we needed that personal care provided. He's always gone the extra mile. My only concern regarding Kittery Animal Hospital is that on their receipt for services they do not automatically include detailed information about the reason for the visit, the diagnosis, and the treatment. I generally have to ask for these "soap notes" before and after a visit because they are required by Luca's pet insurance when submitting a claim. It's also helpful to have this written information, itemizing what was discussed with the Vet as part of my dog's medical record. So, it's basically a matter of providing a more inclusive, detailed form at checkout.”
