“I've been eating healthier and working out with a personal trainer, and it's been such an improvement to my health and life in general.However, at almost 42, working out has brought some past injuries to the surface and I've had to work around them. That is, until I went to Mar-Rae at Wild Roots... she stretched, pressed, pinned, and just plain worked magic.I have full joint mobility in my shoulders again, which I haven't had since a bike accident back in 2015. She also corrected a few other things that I wasn't aware of, and I feel 10 years younger.In addition, she was able to release years of stress and tension that I had built up, and my only regret was not coming here sooner.I've been to a few other massage therapists in the past, but this was unlike any other experience I've had. I can't quite explain how great it was in words, but I can tell you that you'll be the next one writing a glowing review if you go here.“

“Cathie's offerings are all amazing! I have been to see her a few times now for therapuetic massage and each time I leave feeling so much better with less muscle tension. I have also had the add on foot treatment which was lovely especially with the essential oils and peppermint smelling foot spray and again very therapuetic. I highly recommend her!!“
