“From start to finish, each person I came into contact with was kind and courteous. 1. The gal with the pink hair, (sorry I didn’t catch her name) accommodated for my hearing impairment. 2. After the shock of knowing what Medicare would NOT be covering, which took my breath away, Marsha called me in and calmed me down right away with her sense of humor. I immediately wanted her phone number! ha ha. 3. The Doc really was kind and thorough in explaining his findings and my options. And finally Larry!!
