“I had my first massage session with Lori today, and I will be booking more. The first thing that struck me was Lori's casual approach to the introductory meeting, preferring a conversation instead of having you complete a form, I liked that. She asked what areas I wanted her to focus on, what type of pressure I preferred, and if there were any other concerns. She was very skilled at finding tension spots I didn't even realize were there, and she spent time working on a few of the more stubborn areas with just the right amount of pressure. At the end of the session Lori took the time to offer suggestions for exercises I could do to strengthen certain areas and help alleviate the tension in those spots. The suggestions were all things I can easily incorporate into my daily routine. Knowing I wanted to come back, I asked Lori what she suggested as a frequency for visits. She said every one has different needs, schedules and budgets and told me what the average interval is, she didn't try to push more frequent visits and left it up to me to decide without pressure.
