In late July we decided our 45-year-old house needed more than a cosmetic face-lift, but we hadn’t a clue where to find a competent contractor who could meet our needs and budget. And then the angels arranged a chance meeting with Derek, the proprietor of Ensure Painting Plus, LLC.At our request, Derek came to work up an estimate. While assessing the extent of the project, he carefully outlined each step in the R&P process and provided an explanation of the purpose of each step. Within days we had a detailed written proposal and work commenced shortly after we accepted.The work crew consisted of 3 painters (Derek, Chan, Noah) and a carpenter (Wes) all of whom were professional, conscientious, capable, reliable, trustworthy and neat to obsession. Weather permitting, our house has been transformed from neglected and shabby to cared-for and crisp.We give special kudos to Derek and Wes each of whom demonstrated notable expertise in their work. They included us in their discussions regarding each aspect of the exterior and interior repairs explaining what to expect to see at each of the various stages of the process. They had an uncanny capability of determining just the right amounts of materials to purchase. No waste. Super fast and efficient work! These guys are excavating/septic ninjas. I would come home from work to find massive amounts of quality work completed, yet never saw a single person either before or after work. Good communication as well. Highly recommended.
Beverly provides an outstanding facial! She includes a neck/ shoulder and hand massage. What a treat! Great way to pamper yourself or a loved one this holiday season. She does not take walk ins, but just get in touch with her a day or two prior. She's always been able to get me in for an appointment. Try it, you'll go back!

The guys from Heart Line arrived with our new Harmon pellet stove yesterday Sept 12th, right on time and did the installation , with no problems whatsoever. They fired it up and made sure everything was working, and were done in less than 2 hrs. They showed me the controls and how everything worked, and how to clean it and when. I was very impressed with the professionalism they both showed, and they cleaned up when they were done. I highly recommend Heart Line for all of your heating needs !
