They arrived at my home at the exact time scheduled. They were both so calm and patient with my Siberian kitty who had a traumatic experience at a different local grooming company. They clipped all her nails and were able to get 75% of her mattes off which was more than I hoped for. Not wanting to push the experience, we decided to stop and finish Zoey up in two weeks. She was back to her cuddly self within minutes of the appointment ending whereas after her last appointment elsewhere it took over a week for her to return to her normal mannerisms. I bring my American Eskimo Luna here for a couple years now and they are by far the most friendly welcoming and thorough pet grooming establishment I've experienced. I feel the prices are hard to beat and the service to your furry friend far surpasses anything any other chain organizations do. I'm very comfortable leaving Luna under their care and am always very pleased with the results, Luna never appears to have been mistreated as she's always full of shine and joy when picking her up.
