That is, until I went to Mar-Rae at Wild Roots... she stretched, pressed, pinned, and just plain worked magic.I have full joint mobility in my shoulders again, which I haven't had since a bike accident back in 2015. She also corrected a few other things that I wasn't aware of, and I feel 10 years younger.In addition, she was able to release years of stress and tension that I had built up, and my only regret was not coming here sooner.I've been to a few other massage therapists in the past, but this was unlike any other experience I've had.
