“I love meggen and I love her class. I have been participating in yogalates for over 7 years now and I am sure I wouldn’t be moving as well as I am without our weekly sessions. Class is always fun and different and always makes me feel good. I appreciate the small groups (maybe3 people) where meggen can give us individual support. She has taught me that we can all move anytime, anywhere, and at all ability levels! It is all beneficial.“
