“Just came back from a massage with Sparrow (Sarah Chapman). Probably had more than 100 massages in my life, but this was different. Went in looking for headache relief. Most therapist have two modes: relaxation or deep tissue. Some have a few levels in between, but they (Sparrow) were much more intuitive. Not deep just to destroy the knots. They used more small stretches and fine work. I would guess they have a better understanding of underlying anatomy. I am still struggling for the words to describe it. Let's just say it defies words and exceeded expectations.“
