Dr. Bier knows what he is doing! For the longest time I was not able to lose the weight I had gained. No matter how much I exercised the weight would not come off. Following Dr.Bier's diet plan and sticking with it my weight finally started to coming off. Like other people might have said, you as the patient must put in the work. In comparison to the regular American diet it might seem extreme but it is the only way your body will truly heal. Food heals the body, it is your best medicine.
