I highly recommend Dr. Katherine at Rhythms. She helped me get pregnant at the age of 39 after 8 months of unsuccessful trying. I did her 12 week program and was pregnant by the end of it. I continued care with her my entire pregnancy and had a very healthy pregnancy and delivery. Dr. Katherine is incredibly knowledgeable about the reproductive system. She uses the perfect combo of herbs and acupuncture to nourish the body in order to create and sustain a healthy pregnancy.

Katherine is a critical component of my care team while I undergo a series of oncology treatments for breast cancer. I am so grateful she took me on as a client to both mitigate the immediate side effects of treatment and help me appreciate the ways in which the body can heal itself over time. She is highly attentive, knowledgeable, and willing to adapt to the unpredictable aspects of battling cancer. I connected with her 1 month into a 5-month chemotherapy protocol in hopes of improving my overall quality of life during treatment. I now visit her weekly without fail. My only regret is not starting a weekly routine with her sooner.

Katherine is a terrific resource for anyone working through fertility issues. She blends her knowledge of eastern and western medicine to build a plan to support each person that includes acupuncture, herbs, supplements, nutrition, mindfulness and other elements of wellness. She is a great ally through every step. It’s these many pieces combined that make an impact and I recently welcomed a child. I have been grateful to have her as part of my journey.
