The ice dams were substantial... roughly 4-5 inches thick and extending about 18 inches up the roof in places. It was not easy work! They handled it exceptionally well and did an incredible job clearing everything without causing any damage.
We fully intend to address the root cause so we don’t need this service again, but if we ever do, CSNH will be our first call. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone dealing with ice dams or any other home issues.“
