“Very pleased with the work done by Burke ER. The guys showed professionalism, great communication, and a willingness to get the job done in a safe and timely manner. They also showed that they were very committed to the job and getting everything back to what it was before. I would 100% recommend Burke ER to anyone that needs a restoration.”
“Had a clog in the sewer line. Roto-Rooter sent a technician out but the clog came back within two weeks. When we called again they sent another tech out to fix the issue. Leo got here two hours earlier than estimated and did a much more thorough job free of charge even though the first tech had only given us a 7 day warranty. He took the time to explain what could be causing the issue if it keeps persisting and was upfront about how much different solutions would cost.”
“I cannot say enough great things about working with Marquis Roofing through our siding and roof project. Since the beginning, communication has been excellent and I feel really fortunate to have been able to work with Josh, a supervisor in the company. He would respond to late texts or calls (once even while he was enjoying some fishing!). He made sure I was up to date and informed throughout the entire project and addressed any additional things that came up.
The crews that worked both projects were exceptional too! The roof was completed in one day and immediately gave our home a whole new aesthetic. Siding started shortly after with Wilson and his crew working efficiently daily even on some of the 95+ days we had recently. They are clearly perfectionists and their efforts don’t go unnoticed in the work done. We couldn’t be happier and are so glad we chose to work with Marquis Roofing.”
