“Newell and Crathern just finished an energy audit and insulated my home. They did a professional job. They kept everything clean and as it was before they started. They were attentive of my cats and friendly. My home is much more evenly heated now.I want to thank their manager Cory and her team Tristian, Shawn, and Anthony for their professional job and dedication to their work.I want thank all involved for their service, politeness and caring attitude.Also I want thank Newell and Crathern for their professional service. As part of an energy audit they replaced my furnace and hot water tank. Adam and his team were caring of my cats, and were very professional in completing the service. The plumbing in my boiler room was a mess before they started. Now the plumbing is so much more professional looking and clean. Now the access to clean the boiler is much more easy to service, before the plumbing was in the way to take the cover off the old boiler since the plumbing was right up against the boiler cover and required some disassembly just to clean the old boiler, now there is clear access to the boiler for future inspection and maintenance. They were very polite and finished in one day to keep my house warm.“
