Newell and Crathern just finished an energy audit and insulated my home. They did a professional job. They kept everything clean and as it was before they started. They were attentive of my cats and friendly. My home is much more evenly heated now.I want to thank their manager Cory and her team Tristian, Shawn, and Anthony for their professional job and dedication to their work.I want thank all involved for their service, politeness and caring attitude.Also I want thank Newell and Crathern for their professional service. Max, Josh, and the rest of the crew did an outstanding three-day job at our home. They arrived everyday in a timely manner and cheerfully squeezed themselves into tiny spaces to install insulation wherever needed. When I asked about insulating an additional 10x10 crawl space not covered in the original plan, they didn't blink twice about adding it to their workload. After they were done they took the time to de-pressurize the home in order to measure their progress. Our previously drafty house is now one third more energy efficient! After airsealing, they blew cellulose insulation into our attic and applied closed cell spray foam to two walls in our basement. Besides a small problem that they fixed, I thought they did a great job. Given how tough it can be to get a call back from a contractor, their fast response to my calls, showing up when they said they would, and level of professionalism puts them at the top of the list for any future work we need.
