Chip and Nail did an installation of a regular door with screen door, a regular sized sliding door and an oversized set of double sliding doors in the family room in Salem, NH. What was scheduled as a 3 day job only took two days because of their timely, efficient work. Adrian installed the door and gave us tips on the screen door. Jim was the primary installer of the sliding doors. The most impressive thing is that the vendor was supposed to deliver everything the day before the start date. The vendor messed up the delivery - Darren and Jim went to the vendor with their truck to pick up the doors and deliver them to our house...at 10 pm the night before install so everything could proceed as scheduled. Very impressive. My wife communicated with Gina in their office throughout the day and Gina was very helpful and responsive to get this delivery done. Very happy with all the doors, reasonable price, all done very professionally and in less time than planned.
