Windows Installation in Meredith

“We worked with Brandonn Pfister, a Pella sales rep in the New Hampshire/Maine area, for an order of windows and 5 sliding patio doors in late spring of 2023. Brandonn visited onsite and spent plenty of time with us going over each door and window. He answered all of our questions and also added things to consider or think about from his years of experience. As first timers going through the windows/door purchasing process, his help and professionalism was an extremely important part towards us feeling like we were not missing anything. Throughout both the order process and even after during the install, Brandonn was always prompt in responding and providing direction or answers to any questions we had. On one window, we realized after the fact that we would have preferred a shade instead of a blind. When the shade arrived, Brandonn personally delivered it and even installed it for us. He even spent some time discussing options for another order for next year for other windows in the house. We are looking forward to working with Brandonn next year when we order more windows as we know the process will go smoothly.“
